To my understanding, and until very recently, insufficient claims were held to allow development even if drilling was accomplished.  That these areas were not secured, discouraged potential partners.  You seem to be saying that there were no other claims applications that took years for the approvals to come.  Is that correct?  

I appreciate being corrected if I am wrong, so thank you.  But then I am also lead to asking just how close to the information are you?
