O.k., you are going on memory and what Brett says.  Have you talked to JB?  Are you confident that LBSR has full rights over all private and public lands required for the development of Earp Ridge/Hay Mountain?  Maybe you could ask Brett - if you can get a hold of him - and report back to us.  Better yet, ask him to please have a conference call with shareholders.
