Much as I hate to have to say it, I think it is likely BG.
1) He has a very arrogant demeanor and doesn't appear to me to respect shareholders. Evidence of this goes beyond his rare statements, but also in the fact that he won't set up a shareholder meeting and the apparent way he treated JB.
2) As VP has pointed out on numerous occasions, the focus of the current CEO seems to be on partnering with major producers instead of juniors or other independent bankrollers. This isn't speculation but based on BGs own words describing his focus. As such, I agree with VP that this is the wrong focus and unlikely to end in a deal.
