Without me knowing all the facts on both sides it is impossible for me to make a proper determination of what is going on. If JB is telling the truth about having millions of dollars lined up, I would need more proof than just his say so. Maybe put the money in a escrow acccount with stipulation that it would be used for drilling with JB heading the project or at least a letter of intent stating they are willing to invest a certain amount of money if JB was in charge. Just because JB says he can come up with this money means nothing to me because he has said many things in the past that did not come true for whatever reasons.
