Speaking of being tongue tied- we still don't have an explanation as to what happened in the 10Q cited by Leapfrog. In it, it clearly states "We currently have no outstanding litigation."- when clearly there was. Was this an oversight? Did someone just "forget"? There is a line item indicating $25,073 for legal expenses. Was this the funds spent on the "nonoutstanding" litigation? Or was it for other legal work- filings, applications, etc. I think we are owed a clear explanation. If this $25K was not for the litigation- where is it accounted for. In another report? Or was it "forgotten" as well? We need an explanation. And what is Liberty Star's anticipated total legal expenditures for this adventure? We need an explanation. Come on Brett. Why so quiet?
