You know Brett- if you won't acknowledge the lawsuits and offer your considered rational as to how they benefit the Company and its shareholders- maybe there is a reason. One could speculate as to many reasons why you wouldn't want to or be able to justify them. Wouldn't a good alternative at this point be to simply drop them?
