IMO, what we are seeing and reading is an effort at pumping the stock for another round of death spiral financing. Is that ethical/legal when done anonymously by insiders, if it is?
Such is the result of refusing to partner with less than a senior producer.
What we need is a partnership with anyone who will help us get that first drill into the ground. That is how this business works. Anything else is a waste, despite "expressions of interest" and NDAs, all of which are as common as pebbles in a creek (though some shareholders are being strung along to believe otherwise).
Inexperience, naivete, and gross swell-headedness at the helm here, IMO.
