If one steps back a bit- isn't obvious how nuts this is!? If BG were fulfilling his fiduciary duty- wouldn't he be doing everything possible to get drilling going? And not allowing his own personal animosities to get in the way. He would be engaging with every possible funder- wherever it came from. Why should it matter if it originates with JB? JB's potential deals don't need to be judged before the fact- since there is no downside to persuing them- not money at this point- and not even time- if JB were permitted to do the leg work- which he already is doing- as far as he can, from outside the company. If they don't come to fruition- so be it. Most potential deals do fall through. But why not give ourselves every possible chance. We should all be on the same side. And if BG doesn't have the time- because of his "day job" or the inclination to "beat the bushes" and find other prospective funders- then why wouldn't he welcome the help of someone like JB, who is certainly experienced and willing to go forth on our behalf. And, if the pointless lawsuits are impeding those or any other deals (they would likely also impact potential deals that BG has touted) then they should be promptly dropped- for the good of the company and its shareholders. (What possible benefit is there to the Company to be expending sorely needed funds on these pointless misadventures? We have yet to hear.)

There needs to be "all hands on deck"! We need to all support every possible effort to get drilling started- as soon as possible.
