Actually- that is not true. Everything I mentioned is known and obvious to anyone who wants to look. 

And by the way- another "known" is that the lawsuits are not a side show. Potential investors and partners say so. (I will grant you that they are side shows only in how idiotic they are and trivial in their basis- but not trivial in the time and money they waste, in the deals they hinder and the impact on those involved.)
