"Don't know....ask Tracy"

We already queried the guy supposedly in charge and he replied he would answer in this 10-K. And didn't. So why would we ask Tracy? The questions again go directly to the guy who said he would provide the answers.

And, by the way- why do you, n.u. say "Don't know . . ."? Who's asking you? Unless  . . .
