Even you said at one time that if JB did not use the PP money that there should be a lawsuit. Nowhere in the NR stated that money would be used for bills if not enough of it raised for drilling. Nowhere in that NR stated that the PP money would be used to pay bills. Ask the investors if they got lied to. If he could not figure out how to pay the bills without misleading people than he should not have been head of the company. If you state one thing and than do something else than you lied to that person no matter how justified you think you were. If JB gave the option to the PP people to get their money back or pay the bills I would be ok with that. Did he do that???
