Of greater ONIS,, lets just put it where it belongs,that is on the CEO that is merely a part time CEO and does not confir upon shareholders but NEGATES our entire rights by nullifying our voting privelidges via ~HIS ~HER(S)~ big deal issuance of shares that choke off our liveositciy as a SHAREHOLDER!!!!!!!!!!!!  Hummmm wonder if SHAREHOLDERs may have a LAWSUIT after being robbed of our voting options in LBSR!/?
