Manipulation or market makers (which I see as manipulators anyway). Or, according to the paranoid consipracy guy that keeps whispering in my ear, someone thumbing their nose at us. There have been far fewer shares sold (i believe there was one that sold for a total of 3 cents) so its not unheard of but certainly makes you scratch your head.
