Isn't it likely BG hasn't set the record straight on this issue because he hasn't resolved the matter? It is clearly an important problem and can't be glossed over with broad general statements. If the matter is resolved- he could easily and specifically tell us so- he well knows what we are talking about (and provide documentation with a copy of the agreement).
