Message: Tracy, will you please explain this?

Tracy,

I realize I am late in requesting an explanation, but I didn't want to let this go without understanding. Can you please let all of us know why Brett Gross and Pete O'Heeron were "awarded" over 25 million shares when other directors were left out and the previous president never did this or was given this consideration?  In addition, I find the asterick outrageous that they are declaring that each of these shares will count for 200 shares.  They consider themselves 10% share holders. There was no shareholder input on this or anything else that Brett and Pete have done the last couple of years.

No other investor was given this consideration.  It appears that they are stacking the deck to take total control over the stock when many investors have spent much time and effort to make this stock successful. I also wonder why Powerup keeps appearing as a stock dilution when in the not-to-distant past several of these agoracom posters were offering to go together to fund expenses to avoid dilution.  It would appear that this was never considered. I have never seen such manipulation in my life and I and several others would like an explanation.
