How does it happen that the share price goes to 0.0008, then leaps over multiple shares offered at 0.0009 to trade at 0.001?  We saw the same thing happen on Nov. 12 when the share price leaped over offers at 0.0011 to sell 143 dollars worth at 0.0012 before falling back to the prior sales level of 0.001.  

Who could be doing this and why?  It is not to make lunch money, clearly.
