Oh yeah. I forgot to mention the stupid, petty, meritless and costly (to us) lawsuits. Are these lawsuits additional impediments to concluding a deal? Most investors and potential partners don't like to engage with entities with pending legal entanglements.
So now I have listed various reasons and potential excuses for not concluding a deal for funding.
