For those who haven't seen it, here's a new 8K posted on the 15th (today)

First thing that comes to mind is that a part of this is to pay for legal fees but who knows. I've never heard of Redstart lending to LBSR before though so something new for better or worse. Also the amount seems higher than usual as well.
