I would guess that if one of these matters is scheduled in the court for the next day or so, that would not mean that resolution of one or more of the cases is at hand.  These things tend to drag on forever.  Meanwhile, perhaps there are indeed interested parties awaiting these issues to be ended.  I'm sure they don't want to be buying into any such problems as they are of public record, though I think disclosure missed appearing in a few quarterly reports earlier.
