Come on. Really? It's not up to JB. I'm sure he would love it for this to be settled. These meritless and spiteful lawsuits- and -yes- spell harassment in the plural- were concocted and initiated by Brett Gross. There is nothing to negotiate except for them to be dropped (the nonsense about the old cars has been detailed here repeatedly)- and there is only one person who can do that- namely- Brett Gross. And since JB is being sued on our behalf- we as shareholders should instruct Gross to do so.
