Excelsior completes its first delivery of copper.

An off-take agreement assures the seller that its production has a market, but it is at a price lower than the market to give the buyer a hedge against possibly lower market prices.  I don't know what the contract price is, but the deal was based on prevailing prices from nearly a year ago, far lower than now.  This means that the deal was at a discount from last year's copper prices, so the news is not as good as it appears at first glance.      

This is the same company that bought from bankruptcy the adjoining Johnson Camp gold mine many years ago at much lower gold prices.
