Sorry - the initial authorization was 100,000,000, so the current 200,000 authorized would be correct.
On the other hand, Section 4 of the Certificate of Designation document that created the special Class A Shares says this:
- "The company shall not, at any time while any shares of Class A Common Stock are issued and outstanding . . . . . (C) combine (including by way of reverse stock split) outstanding shares of Common Stock into a smaller number of shares, or (D) . . . . . .
I don't see any amendment to this.
