Correct.   LBSR is Pink Current on OTC  Markets and appears to be in compliance with the new rules.   If they were not in compliance there is still 2 years grace period from SEC effective date 12/20/20. However,  E- trade put out this statement:  "Starting September 28, 2021, you will no longer be able to buy or sell “Pink No Information” OTC securities. Other restrictions related to the purchase of these securities may apply sooner. Here is more information.
