Pulled-pushed-OTC or not. Does it really matter? If this is another example of Gross's business acumen  on display- it is really pathetic. While BG's slavish cheerleeders or BG himself laud the move on the other board,  it is, in reality, discouraging news. If a deal were in the offing- they would not be bothering with this. Likewise, there is no reason for this to be part of any deal. It may, instead, be part BG's feeble attempt to attract interest to LBSR. If so, it is a sad effort and illustrative as to why there is yet no deal for drilling. Such a partnership requires hard work- shoeleather to the ground salesmanship- here apparently sorely lacking. Instead- he is putting a sign up out on the corner of Red Rock Canyon Road and on the OTC and waiting to attract customers. Has Gross been "out on the hustings" drumming up business- giving talks and having person to person meetings? Unlikely. That lack of effort and ability is likely why we are where we are.

I think the otherwise inexplicable and stupid 1:500 RS may have been part of a deal- certainly it wasn't done to attract retail investors. But the fact- now many months later- that no deal has come to fruition- means that it apparently fell through- just like Prospects #1 and #2. Now, it's likely we have failed Prospect #3. Not because of Covid or the "economic environment" (see everyone else's deals)- it failed because of the skills or lack thereof of our Mr. Businessman of the Year candidate- Brett Gross.

Brett- we don't need you to waste our time and money on changing our listing, just as we don't need you to produce other time fillers like Red Rock Canyon and Robbers Roost. We need you to get off the golf course and do your job- promote Hay Mountain and secure a deal so we can begin drilling our primary HM targets- before it is too late.
