The complication surrounding a potential partnership is the changing risk environment.  The period we are entering will offer potential partners more options at lower risk.  There are plenty of drill-proven programs becoming cheaper each day.  This makes RRC and Hay Mountain less desirable over time, at least until the present wipe-out in mining reverses.
