R/S- SURE FIRE PRECURSOR FOR DEAL

Wasn't the purported rational for the disastrous RS to make the share structure more suitable for an impending deal? Now- how long ago was that? And now that the POC has been consistently above $4 (not to mention the POG)- I guess that must mean a JV deal for drillling should be just around the corner. How 'bout it Mr. Big- Mr. Big Deal Maker? What's the impediment now? Or whom? It's not that we don't have the goods- we do- at Hay Mountain, anyway. And it's not just the climate of the times. Deals abound- even right around us. Just not for Liberty Star. Why- Mr. Big? Why?
