RS, thanks for those observations.  Note where it says, "The number does not include beneficial owners of common stock whose shares are held in the names of banks, brokers, nominees or other fiduciaries."  That would be almost anyone who purchases shares via a broker.  The 144,  I think, would be some who participated in the private placements.   But no matter,  we get your drift.

However, to address your plan, I think it is futile.  I believe the company either dilutes until they can't (which may be happening soon anyway), or they toss in the towel now.   I see no other options, do you?
