The largest block of shareholders, I'm sure, are those whose shares are held by their broker.   The 144 are those who have a stock certificate(s).  

It does not matter anyway.   Shareholders have no voice.   Brett and Pete effectively own the company,  and you get to go along for the ride if you remain a shareholder or get dumped in a suspension of operations.
