Two years ago LBSR brought Hemmerly on as a Director. He has experience in investment banking, and had worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (national CPA firm) and Wachovia Securities.

One year ago LBSR brought Elmasri on as a Director. He has experience in financial and management consulting, and (also) had worked at PwC.

This year it is Gerardo King, who has "expertise in finance, financial structures, mergers and acquisitions, and advisory services, and has structured innovative and complex finance solutions" for his clients.
