Accumulation or Sell-off

Volume today was extraordinarily large. The price went down over 10%.

To me there are two questions:

Is this a sell-off or an accumulation on a weak day?

If this is an accumulation, what is driving it?

IMHO this is an accumulation and some big news is coming out very soon. Of course, I could be very wrong.
