Actually, the latest filings indicate that these two were essentially paid their accrued, but unpaid compensation, in stock. No cash was exchanged. And these transactions closed out options that were set to expire today (8/31/11). Assuming this deal closes out the way we're all expecting/hoping it to, then they're worth every penny of it! Always glad to see management's skin in the game. These guys own a lot of this stock and they've invested a huge amount of time and energy into this project. Strong incentive to make all of this come true.
