My understanding is he's there now. I'm still hoping for news before end of this month. Fact that mgmt chose timing of rights offering to be available by end of Feb confirms their belief that DA will be signed in Feb (belief = hope, not necessarily an absolute given).

Fact that they chose $5 and $10 for the warrants is also a very powerful statement. Now would be a good time for those that don't own shares to start buying. I'm just saying ... :)
