Since the last update regarding the MOT's promise to sign the DA shortly after Frank's return to Oman on May 22nd or 23rd did not come within a regularly scheduled 8-K or 10-K filing, I believe the loyal shareholders are at least entitled to any reply from the MOT to Frank, when I'm sure he asked "what's the story Richie" concerning the promise to sign. Next Monday, the 22nd will put us 2 MONTHS past the promised time---that's 1/6th of a year! I don't believe there would be any SEC rules violation if we were to get a simple reply to the question "WHAT DID HE SAY" rather than have to wait for the rigid and so very formally written quarterly report. ----Bewildered BILL
