The recent "POS AM" filings (Post-Effective amendments) are to register with the SEC all of our warrants and the shares we get from exercising the warrants.

Currently the warrants cannot be exercised even if OMAG is over $5. Once the registration statement is declared effective, we'll be able to exercise.
