Fact and figures, I believe.

1,. What is going to be built there?

2. How is it going to look like?

3. How much will it cost?

4. Is it going to make money, and how?

After all, this is not (I hope) a speculative ghost company, but a proper construction and financial enterprise, and stock price is the last thing management should be worried at the moment.
