Multi-Billion Dollar Agreement Signed With Oman

Message: Market makers killing the stock

It's very frustrating how a short can knock down OMAG so easily. I think it's time for Omagine to hire an investor relations firm to do investor outreach. We need new long-term investors and more daily trading volume!

Also, there are a few good things in the press release/8-K that haven't been discussed here yet:

- Even though the CCC Contract hasn't been signed yet, CCC said they're going to begin several initial activities at the Omagine Site (surveying, fencing, etc.) This gives me hope that once the CCC contract is signed, they'll continue to help by, perhaps, advancing the LLC some of the deferred cash payment so that the project can move along without waiting for the project financing.

- The Omagine Project's feasibility study has been updated by an independent third party and Omagine's internal financial model has been updated by specialist real-estate investment bankers and advisers. I think this addresses John Paul's concern that they can't raise money without updated studies/models, but they can't update the studies without raising money to pay people to update the studies...

-Since October 2014, Omagine’s Managing Director, Frank Drohan and its Deputy Managing Director, Sam Hamdan have devoted a large amount of time and effort to developing a robust Strategic Plan for Omagine and the Company. The approximately 200 page Omagine Strategic Plan is now near completion. (I'd love to read that document!)

- Omagine has conducted exhaustive interviews and have reviewed multiple iterations of proposals from key consultants. It now expects to be making several crucial consultant appointments in the coming several months, including: a financial adviser, hospitality adviser, real-estate adviser, master planner, engineering consultant, construction management consultant and program manager.

I think the days of no news for several months at a time are over.

I'm very sad to hear about Clark. I'm going to miss his posts. :(
