Since OMAG doesn't currently meet the Shareholders' Equity requirement of the Nasdaq Capital Market, is there any reason they couldn't apply to the Nasdaq Global Market? One of the options has no Shareholders' Equity requirement. OMAG would need a market value of listed securities of $75 million, which they'd have with a stock price of $4.31 (based on shares outstanding as of August 18).

The downside is that the Nasdaq Global Market costs $125,000 to list, compared to $75,000 for the Nasdaq Capital Market. The upside is this might get them on Nasdaq a bit sooner, and the Nasdaq Global Market is a higher tier of Nasdaq, so maybe OMAG would get more respect.
