There is one additional comment I'd like to make concerning the recent 10-Q report. If you read under "The CCC-Oman Contract:" section it states in the last paragraph.. and I quote....."it is presently planned that CCC-Oman will now begin several of the Initial Construction Activities (surveying, site fencing,leveling,etc),even before the execution of the Final CCC Contract".Those of you that have read my "ramblings" over the last year or so, know that I am obsessed with the bulldozers moving the beach out into the Gulf of Oman. My interpretation of the word "leveling" above, leads me to believe that my satellite shots may be showing the aformentioned "dozers" within the next twelve months. Once that operation commences,and hopefully prior to the first push of sand, the "skeptics" waiting on the sidelines, will miraculously be transformed into "believers" and put their money on the table.
