Having said that, Alton,you and I have all been around (this investment) for many,many years and have witnessed first hand, the myriad of timelines that have evaporated into thin air. The good news is ,and this statement is trite, that we are closer than we've ever been to the completion of both the Financial and Construction Agreements......common sense? Yup.
