For me the worrying part is that the investor passed away in December 2016. But the message from management through January, February, March 2017 continued to be 'everying is on track' etc. etc.! Target timelines revised and re-revised with short term timeframes.

It was only the 10k in April 2017 that confirmed the actual position. 

This is misleading at best!!!!
