Agreed. When the DA was signed, Land rights/Unsfrunct Agreement...thought we were over the big hurdles...not yet.

My concern is the emotion has has been beat down so much when do we get to a place where Buyers WANT to Buy, but sellers don't WANT to sell..to push Price up?

There is only downward pressure, and there is nothing showing a reason to buy...at this point.
