I believe the 10Q is due out today. After talking with Charlie I got the impression it will just be status quo. The real requirement for this Major Project is an 8K announcement,news media and maybe even a parade. We can hope someone like Nikki Haley can make news of it on the National scene. At this time we definitely need a big shot in the arm.  Enjoy the eclipse.I'm sure it's safe to say it will be financed before the next one.
