Well, I read it and it seems Omagine is now officially in default. I'm not sure if we have been in such a position previoulsy but we certainly are now.

I'm not really sure what that means, I've never owned stock of a bankrupt company before but I vaguely recall from some long ago business classes that lenders get what's left and shareholders get nada.
