You could try calling Charlie ... but until there is any news, it's the same old same old.  They continue to press the RCA to fulfill their legal promises. For a country that needs foreign investment and one that has publicly touted their long-term shift to tourism, it's quite puzzling that they would tarnish their international business credentials for such a small investment.  One has to wonder if the sultan's ministers are keeping the sultan in the dark.
