PAW ANNOUNCES PROPOSED WARRANT EXTENSION

Further to the company's new release of July 13, 2012, Pacific Wildcat Resources Corp. has received TSX Venture Exchange approval on the extension of the expiry dates of 6,247,381 tranche-two warrants from Aug. 25, 2012, to Aug. 25, 2013.
