Martin P. Cotter
President & Director of the Board
Martin Cotter, the President of Portrush Petroleum Corporation, is an engineer with over 25 years experience serving on the boards of several public companies in an executive and a non-executive role. These companies include Cornucopia Resources, Tri-Power Petroleum, US Long Distance and Global Teleworks. Mr. Cotter has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from University College, Dublin, Ireland and he resides in Dublin
Mr. Cotter worked in the Canadian Oil and Gas industry in the 1980's and was involved in the setting up and subsequent sale of a number of junior oil and gas companies, both private and public. He has been a director of Portrush for 9 years and the President for 5 years. At the time Mr. Cotter was appointed President, the Company had written off its oil and gas properties and had little or no assets or prospects.
Under the stewardship of Mr. Cotter, Portrush has undertaken a number of joint ventures that have resulted in the establishment of very positive relationships with its joint venture partners. These relationships have allowed the Company to participate in and maintain the Company's working interests in two producing oil and gas properties; the Lenox project in the state of Michigan and the Mission River project in the gulf coast of Texas.
Neal Iverson

Neal Iverson has over 20 years experience in the sale and leasing of income producing properties. Neal has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and has worked as a commercial realtor for Marathon Realty, A.E. LePage (now Royal
LePage), Canada Permanent Trust and Western Mortgage. He has been a director of
a number of Canadian public companies for over 10 years.
Wes Franklin
Director of the Board
Mr. Franklin has been in the exploration and production segment of the petroleum industry for 34 years and spent over 16 years in senior management positions for Tenneco Oil Company and Fina Oil and Chemical Company. Mr. Franklin has a B.S. in Geology from Washington State University and an M.S. in Geology from Oregon State University. He is currently the Executive Vice President of Touchstone Resources U.S.A.,Inc.
Mr. Franklin has been an active consultant in both domestic and international exploration plays. Domestically, he has been involved in the onshore and offshore in the Gulf of Mexico region, West Texas New Mexico, Oklahoma, Mississippi, a number of basins in the Rocky Mountain region, Nevada, California and the Williston Basin. Internationally, his work has been in Alberta and British Columbia, Canada Belize, Columbia, Thailand, New Zealand, North Africa,
Kazakhstan and Russia.
Mr. Franklin is a registered geologist with both the state of Washington and
the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, and he is a member of SPE and
SE G. Mr. Franklin believes that oil and gas exploration must be economical and
it must define the risks, whether opportunities are domestic or international,
onshore or offshore.
