NOT is now up over 70 cents from Tuesday when PRB announced they and NOT were in discussions. PRB share price is down 10 cents. Market is saying - Advantage NOT. My understanding is that a deal will only be done if it is beneficial to both parties, a win/win. At this point the market is saying that it is not.
