Between the lines of some msgs complaining about the private placement, it seems complainers expect a buy out is imminent?

Are people worried it will be a 'low priced' buyout ..like what is low price $1.50 per share? or a compromising Partial Buy out?

What?

Also at Noront board they are complaining that NOT is offering to trade some of their chromite deposits for prospective land of PRB. Any comments here? I can't find.
