I wholheartly agree.... a bid as low as $3.00 would likely get the likes of PNP, Iwentish et all to lock up thier shares as they did in the GLD offer.

Just because they hold loads of shares does not mean they wont sell out.... Liquidity is the problem and recently PRB has NO liquidity.... even a 400K short has ZERO impact!

Heck this stock trades by apointment only!

Hoiw do we know what is going on behind the scenes as far as making a deal to take out PRB..... could be alingment with a host of other mid tier or larger companies.... PRB could get an offer any day! Yes even before the 43 101 as RVC !

The trading or lack thereof says we have a very tight ship, but not enough confidence for investors to strenghten their position.... or even cover their short.!

No worries there as the PP shares are free trading in 10 days and market regulators did not request a buy in, so they must be covered via some horse trade somewhere.... likely via Equilend!
