it was said with sarcasm , you might have noticed ,90% of all the down ticks has been house 53 , day in and day out ,they can drop our s.p. by as much as 5 or 6 cents on a trade of as little as 50 shares ( usally 100 ) just getting a bit annoyed at there game, no real proof ,but
when you see it time and time again, if it walks like a duck quacks like a duck ,well chances are its a duck
